Disagreements emerged regarding application features and the depth of transaction records. We resolved these discussions objectively by referencing the qualitative metrics gathered from our user empathy profiles, resulting in a system that balances institutional requirements with public validation needs.

Alleviating public doubt regarding allocation paths required moving beyond baseline calculation functions into structured structural updates using the SCAMPER method.

Initially, our configuration mimicked standard giving portals. By executing a cognitive reverse strategy, we shifted the paradigm from "Calculate then blind-pool Give" to a "Verify First, then Pledge" micro-sponsorship dashboard. This enables users to see explicit local needs, such as PPR medical supplies or back-to-school aid, before matching their calculated parameters to targeted recipients. We also modified static records into an interactive "Zakat Impact Journey" to track fund movements until delivery.

Furthermore, we adapted standard transaction configurations to feature localized, automatic parameters (such as the Perlis Fitrah rate of RM 7.00), reducing entry mistakes and simplifying complex data management for field administrators.
